Section 418
Section 418 of the Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2Oo7 (Act No.4 of 2008). If the amount of any expenses or compensation determined under section 417 is not paid on demand such amount shall be recoverable as if the same were due under a decree of the Civil Court having jurisdiction or in the manner provided in chapter XIX.
