Section 78
Section 78 of the Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2Oo7 (Act No.4 of 2008). Whenever any sum is paid in any of the cases referred to in the provision of section-77, the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer shall forthwith communicate the circumstances of such payment to the Empowered Standing Committee, and, thereupon, the Empowered Standing Committee may take, or recommend to the Municipality to take, such action under the provisions of this Act as may appear to it to be feasible and expedient for covering tire amount of such payment.
