Section 1
Section 1 of the Assam Excise Act, 2000. This Act may be called the Assam Excise Act, 2000.
(1) This Act may be called the Assam Excise Act, 2000. extent and commencement.
(2) It extends to the whole of Assam.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf. Definitions.
