Section 80 of the Assam Excise Act, 2000. Nothing contained in the Assam Municipal Act, 1956 shall apply to any brewery, distillery or warehouse established or licensed under this Act, or to the premises used for the manufacture or sale of any intoxicant by the holder of a licence granted under this Act for such manufacturer or sale.
