Section 161 of the Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 2022. ode Subject to the provisions of section 155 of the Act, all public tanks, reservoirs, cisterns, wells, tube-wells, aqueducts, conduits, tunnels, pipes, taps and other waterworks, whether made, laid or erected at the cost met from the Municipal Fund or otherwise, and all bridges, buildings, engines,
