Section 192 of the Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 2022. All solid wastes deposited in public receptacles, depots and places provided or appointed under section 191 of the Act and all solid wastes collected by the Corporation employees or contractors or any other agency authorized in this behalf shall be the property of the Corporation.
