Section 315 of the Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 2022. Every licence, permission, in writing, notice, bill, summons or other document, which is required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of the Commissioner or any other officer of the Corporation, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimi

(1) Every licence, permission, in writing, notice, bill, summons or other document, which is required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of the Commissioner or any other officer of the Corporation, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of the Commissioner or such other officer, as the case may be, and stamped thereupon.

(2) Nothing in sub-section (1) above shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the Municipal Fund under section 60 of the Act. Notices etc. by whom to be served or issued.
