Section 322
Section 322 of the Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 2022. Notwithstanding anything contained in section 321 of the Act, when the occupier of any premises pays any instalment of improvement expenses, he shall, subject to any agreement to the contrary, if any, between himself and the owner of such premises, be entitled to deduct the amount of such instalment
