Section 327 of the Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 2022. If, in respect of any expenses referred to in section 319 of the Act, any dispute arises, the Commissioner shall refer such dispute to the Civil Court having jurisdiction for determination.

(1) If, in respect of any expenses referred to in section 319 of the Act, any dispute arises, the Commissioner shall refer such dispute to the Civil Court having jurisdiction for determination.

(2) Upon such reference, the Commissioner shall defer further proceedings for the recovery of such expenses and shall recover only such amount, if any, as may be determined by the Civil Court having jurisdiction.
