Section 379

(b) "Corrupt practice" means any of the practices so defined in the Representation of Peoples' Act, 1951 as amended from time to time; Central Act 43 of 1951.
(c) "Election" means an election held under the provisions of this Act or of any rules made thereunder; and Po OO of any rules (d) "Advocate" means any person entitled to appear and plead for another in a Civil Court and includes a Pleader, a vakil and an Attorney of High Court.
