Section 9 of the Assam Stamp (Amendment) Act, 1950. APPRENTICESHIP-DEED, including every writing relating to the service or tuition of any apprentice, clerk or servant placed with any master to learn any profession, trade or employment, not being Articles of Clerkship (No.11).
