Section 28 of the Assam Yoga Council Act, 2018 (Single Document). An appeal shall lie to the State Government against any order of the Council refusing to enter the name of a person in the register or removing his name from the register, if filed within ninety days of the date of order, and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final: Provided that
