THE BADDI UNIVERSITY OF EMERGING SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2009 (ACT NO. 21 OF 2009)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 18th September, 2009 and was published in Hindi and English in R.H.P. dated 23.9.2009 at pages 4056-4074) An Act to provide for establishment, incorporation and regulation of Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology in the State for higher education and to regulate its functioning and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Amended, repealed or otherwise affect by,- (i) H.P. Act No. 21 of 20112, assented to by the Governor on the 31st January, 2011 published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh 1. Passed in Hindi by the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha. For Statement of Objects and Reasons see R.H.P. dated 18.8.2009, p. 2627 & 2645. 2.
