Section 44 of the Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009 deals with power to remove difficulties. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make provisions, not inconsistent with the 1.
