Section 1 of the Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981. This Act may be called the Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981.

(1) This Act may be called the Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th day of February, 1981. Short title and commencement. Definitions.
