Section 12 of the Basavanabagewadi Development Authority Act, 2024 deals with objects of the Board. The objects of the Board shall be,- (i) to promote the development and conservation of water resources in the Bayaluseeme;

(ii) to adopt soil and water conservation measures in rainfed agriculture systems ofthe Bayaluseeme;

(iii) to promote development of forest in the Bayaluseeme;

(iv) to promote horticulture development in the Bayaluseeme;

(v) to promote and support activities in the agriculture and allied sectors in the Bayaluseeme. O (vi) to promote animal husbandry in the Bayaluseeme.
