Appropriation

Section 3 of the Bihar Appropriation (No.-2) Act, 2020 deals with appropriation. The amount authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Bihar by this Act shall be appropriated for and in respect of the services and purposes mentioned in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2021.
