Section 16 of the Bihar Integrated Check-Post Authority Act, 2011 deals with authentication of orders and other instruments of Authority. All orders and decisions of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman or any other member authorised by the Authority in this behalf and all other instruments executed by the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of an officer of the Authority authorised by it
