Section 49 of Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2006 deals with control by Government. (2) If, in connection with the exercise of the powers and the performance of the functions of the Infrastructure Development Authority under the Act, any dispute arises between the Infrastructure Development Authority and the Government, the Government shall decide the matter and the Government's decision shall be final.
