Section 63 of Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2006. The Chairman, other members and officers and other employees of the Infrastructure Development Authority or Conciliation Board appointed for carrying out the objects and purposes of the Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
