Section 7 of Bihar State University (Amendment) Act, 2013. Saving-Notwithstanding the substitution of section 57A and 57 B of this Act, anything done or decision or action taken prior to it shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken and shall not be question on the ground or the substitution or deletion of Section 57A and 57 B.
