Section 18 of Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Bill 2014 deals with repeal and Savings I. Repeal and Savings I- (1) Relevant Provisions of Bihar Staff Selection Commission Act, 2002 (As amended from time to time) are hereby repealed from the date of commencement of this Act till the limit of the matters transfered by section 10 of this Act and giving the matters related to the selection to Technical posts by this Act to the Commission.
