Section 46 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 deals with audit of accounts of Biodiversity Management Committees. The Biodiversity Management Committee shall maintain the accounts which shall be audited in such manner as may be prescribed by the State Government. The Act came into force on 01 Oct 2003.
