Section 9 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 deals with conditions of service of Chairperson, members and Member-Secretary. Secretary.]--The term of office and conditions of service of the Chairperson and the other members other than ex officio members of the National Biodiversity Authority [and of Member-Secretary] shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government. The Act came into force on 01 Oct 2003.

9.
