An order passed under Section 133 CrPC for removal of nuisance must be preceded by an opportunity to the affected person to appear and show cause under Section 135 CrPC, and the Executive Magistrate must follow the procedure prescribed under Sections 134-140 CrPC before passing a final order under Section 141 CrPC.
