Section 61 of the Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, 1948. No court shall take congnizance of any offence under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder, unless complaint thereof is made within [three months from the date on which the alleged commission of the offence came to the knowledge of an Inspector.] Cognizance of offences.
