Composition of a Petty Security Force Court
Section 69 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 deals with composition of a Petty Security Force Court. A Petty Security Force Court shall consist of not less than three officers each of whom has held the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police for not less than two whole years.
