Section 16 of the C.T. University Act. management. (a) the Chancellor or his nominee;

(e) three persons, who are not the members of the Society, nominated by the Society;

(f) two persons from amongst the teachers : Member an Chan Good Man nominated by the Society; and (g) two teachers, nominated by the Chancellor. : Member (2) The Board of Management shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed.

(3) The Board of Management shall meet at least twice in a calendar year.

(4) The quorum for meeting of the Board of Management shall be five.
