Section 67 of the Chanakya University Act, 2021 deals with removal of difficulties. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or by order, make such provisions, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty: CANMENT OF KA

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or by order, make such provisions, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty: CANMENT OF KARN GOVER Provided that, no notification or order under this section shall be made after the expiry of a period of five years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every Order made under sub-section (1), shall as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
