Section 20 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. Within the limits of any Military Cantonment, and within such distance from those limits as the [Central Government]3 in any case may prescribe, no licence for the retail sale if liquor shall be granted, except with the knowledge and consent of the Commanding Officer.
