Inspection of documents in Registrar's office
Section 62 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 deals with inspection of documents in Registrar's office. The foreman of a chit or any subscriber in a chit or the heirs or legal representatives of any foreman or subscriber may, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed,-- (a) inspect the documents of the concerned chit kept by the Registrar; The Act came into force on 02 Apr 1984.
