Admissions, in the First Schedule to The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908
A notice to admit documents shall be in Form No. 9 in Appendix C, with such variations as circumstances may require.
How this Rule is cited
It is written both ways, and both mean this Rule: Order XII Rule 3 CPC and Order 12 Rule 3 CPC. Pleadings usually take the arabic form, judgments usually the numeral.
