The rules of Order XLI shall apply, so far as may be to appeals from orders.

It is written both ways, and both mean this Rule: Order XLIII Rule 2 CPC and Order 43 Rule 2 CPC. Pleadings usually take the arabic form, judgments usually the numeral.
