Section 43 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act 1986 deals with powers to remove difficulties. (2) Any order made under this section shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent there within any rules or regulations made under this Act.
