Section 21 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009. Grant of exclusive privilege of manufacture, etc.

Grant of exclusive privilege of manufacture, etc. Subject to the provisions of this Act and the terms and conditions as may be prescribed, the Government may grant to any person a licence either jointly or severally, for the exclusive privilege of manufacturing, supplying by wholesale and sale by retail within any local area.
