Section 34 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 deals with CONTROLLED STATIONS. ] Where a generating station situate within an area for which a scheme is in force has been designated in the scheme as a controlled station, the relations between the Board and the licensee owning the station shall, subject to any arrangements agreed under Sec.
