Section 56 of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018 (9 of 2019). Every member and every officer and other staff of the Authority or a committee constituted by or under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
