Amendment of section 18A
134. In section 18A of the Securities Contracts Act,—
(i) in clause (b), for the words "stock exchange,", the words ''stock exchange; or" shall be substituted; (ii) after clause (b) as so amended, and after the long line, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:— Section 134, The Finance Act, 2015 (Act 20 of 2015).
"(c) between such parties and on such terms as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify,".
