Short title and commencement.
199A. (1) This Scheme may be called the Taxation and Investment Regime for Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, 2016.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
