153. In the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 (53 of 1987) (hereafter in this Part referred to as the principal Act), in Chapter V, for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:—

"PROVISIONS RELATING TO HOUSING FINANCE INSTITUTIONS"
