Amendment of section 2.
140. In section 2 of the principal Act, in clause (f),—
Section 140, The Finance Act, 2025 (Act 7 of 2025).
(i) after the words "any other purpose", the words "and subject to such terms and conditions" shall be inserted; (ii) the words and figure "and having one of the forms mentioned in section 3" shall be omitted.
