Section 63 of the Goa Irrigation Act, 1973 deals with revision of Record of Rights. The Record of Rights prepared under section 61 may be revised from time to time by a Canal-Officer duly empowered by the Government in this behalf, who shall be a revenue officer not below the rank of a Mamlatdar.
