Review of Plan
Section 28 of the Jaipur Development Authority Act 1982 deals with review of Plan. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, if the State Government or the Authority at any time within ten years from the date on which a Plan comes into operation under this Act is of the opinion that the revision of such Plan is necessary, the State Government may direct the Authority to revise or the Authority, may of its own motion undertake revision of such Plan, after carrying out, if necessary, fresh civic survey and preparing an existing land use map of the Jaipur Region, and there upon the foregoing provisions of this Chapter shall, so far as they can be made applicable, apply to the revision of such Plan as those provisions apply in relation to the preparation, publication and sanction of a Plan.
