Execution of bonds in respect of minors
Section 94 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act deals with execution of bonds in respect of minors. If any person in respect of whom a bond is ordered to be executed under [sections 91 and 93] is a minor, the bond shall be executed by his guardian. The Act was enacted on 20 May 1949.
