Announcement of the finding
Section 117 of the Navy Act, 1957 deals with announcement of the finding. When the court has considered the finding, the court shall be re-assembled and the president shall inform the trial judge advocate in open court what is the finding of the court as ascertained in accordance with section 124. The Act came into force on 01 Jan 1958.

(2) The court shall give its findings on all the charges on which the accused is tried.
