Grant of passes for import, export and transport
Section 15 of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 deals with grant of passes for import, export and transport. Passes for the import, export or transport of excisable article may be granted by the Excise Commissioner [or by an Excise Officer duly empowered in this behalf] subject to such restrictions as the [State Government] may impose in this behalf from time to time.
