NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the l6rh Seprember, 201 I S,O' 20t7(E),-ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Govemment oflndia in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation, number GS.R. 301, dated the 27th February, 1971, namely :- In the said notification, : - (l ) for item (xvi) and the entnes relating tlrereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(xvi) Dr' Uma Tekur, Director, Professor and Head, (For a Period ofthree years from the date of DeparfinentofPharnacology,MaulanaAzad publicationofthisnotification)." (2) for item (xix) (a) and the entries relating thereto, the following irem and enfies shall be substituted, namely ;- "(xix) (a) Dr. B. S- Phogat.
