NOTTFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th March, 2015

S.O.772(E).-ln exercise of the powers confered by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Govemment hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculrure, Community Development and Cooperation, number G.S.R. 301, dated the 27th February, 1971, namely:- In the said notification, for item (xix) (c) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- (Crops Science), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.

(For a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification)".
