nmfimfimfiwfiammw, 550 Ram W, fiat? 13 an]? 2015 Bhopal, the 13th July 2015 No. F-B-4-O3-2015—2-V~(15).~—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8GB of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. 16 of 1908), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F.B-4—03—2015-2-Five (8) dated 16th April 2015, namely:—
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification, in item number (1), in exemption number (8), for the words “A certificate from the District Collector to this effect shall have to be produced”, the words “A certificate from Regional Estate Officer of the Board given on the basis of income certificate issued by the Collector/Tehsildar shall have to be produced” shall be substituted.
