730 Reyes worara, feaia 28 sPIRaT 2019 dora, fea 28 arte 2019 SrA A ga sree at afer wat vH—s—04—-08—2019-2-Ura(17), FeMe 28 SATA, 2019 GT Bhopal, the 28th August 2019 No. B-4-08-2019-2-V(17).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 80-B of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. 16 of 1908), the State Government, hereby, fixes registration fees chargeable on duly stamped document executed on or before 29-06-2019 under clause (i) of the "Table of registration and other related fee". for which time slot with the Sub-registrar office for registration through "SAMPADA" had been booked for 29-06-2019 but the document has been presented in the registration office on 01-07-2019 or within the time period prescribed in the Act, at 0.8 percent of the amount on which stamp duty is chargeable at the time of execution of the document.

2. From the above. said document, such documents which have been registered after payment of fees as per rate prescribed in clause (i) of Article-I, the difference amount of fees shall be refundable as per rule 120 of Madhya Pradesh Registration Rule, 1939.
